About the job

The Revenue Operations Business Analyst will help build the operational infrastructure that enables scalable commercial growth across AnazaoHealth, UCP, and CareFirst. This role is responsible for automating manual workflows, improving CRM data integrity, building actionable reporting, and creating visibility into customer, pipeline, and onboarding performance.

This is a hands\-on role focused on turning fragmented processes into connected systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, onboarding, account health, and pipeline visibility
  • Develop Power Automate workflows to reduce manual coordination and repetitive administrative work
  • Improve CRM workflow design, data quality, reporting accuracy, and automation within Dynamics 365 CE
  • Support onboarding automation, customer lifecycle tracking, and operational reporting
  • Analyze commercial performance trends including customer growth, churn risk, onboarding velocity, and account activity
  • Partner cross\-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations to improve execution and visibility
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable workflow improvements

Set yourself apart Qualifications

  • 3–5\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and workflow automation tools
  • Experience working within CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365 CE or Salesforce
  • Ability to translate operational problems into scalable systems and reporting solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industry experience preferred
