About This Role
The Head of Revenue Operations, Clinical Optimization is responsible for building and operating the enterprise\-wide commercial “nerve center” for BHG, continuously measuring, monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and driving accountability across the core growth levers of the business.

This leader will partner closely with the CEO, Transformation Office, Chief Growth Officer, Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Contact Center, and Treatment Center leadership teams to drive measurable improvements in:
- Patient inflows
- Admissions
- Conversion
- Retention
- Workforce productivity
- Payer economics
- Overall census growth
The role requires someone who can move beyond dashboards and reporting to create an institutionalized management system that drives proactive intervention, operational rigor, and accelerated growth execution while always keeping an eye on clinical excellence.
Core Mandate
Build and operate the BHG Revenue Operations “Commercial Nerve Center” focused on optimizing clinic performance.
The Head of Revenue Operations will create the centralized management overlay responsible for:
- Continuous KPI monitoring
- Performance diagnostics
- Funnel analytics
- Forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Operational insights
- Intervention management
- Escalation workflows
- Management cadence
- Commercial accountability
The objective is to create a highly disciplined, data\-driven commercial operating system that enables BHG to:
- Proactively identify performance gaps
- Rapidly intervene
- Reduce commercial operational variability
- Improve patient acquisition and retention

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations / Commercial Operating System Leadership
- Design, build, and continuously improve BHG’s enterprise Revenue Operations function
- Establish the commercial operating architecture, KPI hierarchy, governance structure, and management cadence across the organization
- Build the enterprise “commercial nerve center” responsible for continuous monitoring and management of growth performance
- Create operational visibility across treatment centers, regions, channels, payer categories, and referral sources
- Develop standardized definitions, reporting logic, scorecards, and intervention frameworks
- Build scalable RevOps infrastructure suitable for a rapidly evolving PE\-backed healthcare platform
- Work with both C\-suite and front\-line staff effectively, building credibility and rapport to drive opportunity in a collaborative manner.
- Core KPI Measurement, Monitoring \& Performance Management
- Own the centralized monitoring, analysis, and management overlay across BHG’s core commercial metrics, including:
Forecasting, Analytics \& Insights
- Build predictive forecasting capabilities across admissions, census, retention, staffing, and revenue
- Identify leading indicators and early\-warning signals
- Create actionable insights and operational recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear management actions
- Build waterfall/value\-creation models linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Conduct root\-cause analysis on performance gaps and operational variability
Management Cadence \& Governance
- Establish and manage enterprise commercial operating rhythms
- Build and help facilitate recurring governance forums
- Drive accountability through standardized scorecards, escalation thresholds, and intervention workflows
- Ensure metrics are tied directly to ownership, actions, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Cross\-Functional Execution Leadership
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Contact Center, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Finance, HR, and Transformation teams
- Work hand in hand with enablement teams to drive change and adjustment at the market level
- Improve alignment between strategic initiatives and measurable operational outcomes
- Help simplify execution for treatment centers by centralizing analytics, prioritization, and actionability
Technology, Automation \& AI Enablement
- Lead the evolution of RevOps technology infrastructure
- Improve reporting automation, dashboarding, workflow management, and data visibility
- Leverage AI\-enabled analytics, forecasting, workflow automation, and operational insights where appropriate
Qualifications
The Head of Revenue Operations, Clinical Optimization should have the following qualifications:
Required Experience
- 7\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Clinical Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or related leadership roles
- Significant experience building or scaling RevOps functions in high\-growth, multi\-site, healthcare, healthcare services, B2C, or distributed operating environments
- Strong experience in PE\-backed or high\-performance operating environments preferred
- Demonstrated success building KPI frameworks, management systems, operating cadences, and performance accountability structures
- Deep expertise in funnel analytics, forecasting, business intelligence, operational reporting, and performance management
- Strong understanding of commercial operating models, conversion funnels, and customer/patient acquisition systems
- Experience leading cross\-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Advanced analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Excellent executive communication and presentation capability
