About the Role
Location: Gilbert, Arizona
We are looking for a highly organized, execution\-focused Growth Marketing \& GTM Operations Manager to help drive top\-of\-funnel growth, campaign execution, sales enablement coordination, and GTM operational alignment across the business.
This is not a traditional “brand marketing” role. We are looking for a scrappy, fast\-moving operator who can help coordinate and execute multi\-channel marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Sales, Leadership, Operations, and external teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast\-paced environments, can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and understands how marketing directly supports pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution \& GTM Coordination
- Coordinate and execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn, Dripify, webinars, and events
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, and execution tracking
- Coordinate launch readiness across stakeholders
- Support campaign sequencing and nurture strategy execution
- Ensure consistency across messaging, landing pages, outreach, and follow\-up motions
Top\-of\-Funnel \& Demand Generation
- Support top\-of\-funnel pipeline growth initiatives
- Execute nurture and drip campaigns
- Coordinate webinar and virtual event campaigns
- Support outbound and customer re\-engagement initiatives
- Assist with referral, customer expansion, and ABM\-style campaigns
Sales Enablement Support
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and reps to support outreach campaigns and engagement strategies
- Help coordinate sales enablement materials and campaign readiness
- Ensure timely follow\-up and campaign operational support
- Support event and webinar follow\-up workflows
Marketing Operations
- Manage HubSpot campaign execution and workflows
- Coordinate Outreach and LinkedIn campaign deployment
- Help manage reporting, campaign tracking, and execution visibility
- Work closely with technical and content teams to operationalize campaigns quickly
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leadership, marketing, operations, facilitators, and sales teams
- Coordinate execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Maintain strong communication and accountability across stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, campaign operations, or GTM coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
- Experience supporting outbound and nurture campaigns
- Comfortable working cross\-functionally with sales and leadership teams
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow\-through
- Ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with webinar campaigns, nurture flows, or ABM initiatives is a plus

About Us
We are building a scalable GTM and customer engagement engine focused on leadership development, organizational transformation, and sales enablement. This role will play a critical part in helping accelerate pipeline generation, campaign execution, and cross\-functional GTM coordination.
Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per year
