This is a marketing operations role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity.

You'll serve as the central point of coordination for our marketing initiatives, helping transform ideas, promotions, campaigns, partnerships, content, and creative assets into organized execution.

You'll help build the systems, maintain the timelines, coordinate the moving pieces, and ensure our marketing consistently reflects the elevated standards of our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain our marketing calendar
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate execution of promotions and campaigns
• ⁠ ⁠Build workflows inside Monday.com
• ⁠ ⁠Execute campaigns within GoHighLevel
• ⁠ ⁠Create and update landing pages
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate content production and publishing
• ⁠ ⁠Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and execution
• ⁠ ⁠Steward our photo, video, design, and marketing asset libraries
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with designers, photographers, and creative contractors
• ⁠ ⁠Track deadlines, deliverables, and campaign performance
• ⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve systems, automation, efficiency, and organization
• ⁠ ⁠Help ensure every client\-facing touchpoint reflects our premium brand
