Sales Operations Analyst

About This Role

General Purpose of Position

Collect, analyze and interpret data in support of Sales Operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Duties/Responsibilities

Conduct rhythmic reporting around key product and customer segments.

Provide materials to account representatives and executives in advance of meetings and industry events.

Support cross\-functional project teams with reports, analysis and data management.

4

Present and participate in customer and partner meetings.

5

Maximize external data sets into operational deliverables.

6

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards.

7

Advance analytics in the Sales department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to analyze and interpret data from disparate sources.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Office suite.
• Curious Mindset
• Be able to tell a story with data.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn and adapt to demands in a fast\-paced work environment.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hands\-on collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the company.

Education and Experience

• College Degree – Preferably Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in a data\-driven role preferred.
• Tableau Desktop Certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time
• Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
• Ability to perform minimal lifting (typically less than 25 pounds), walking, and physical exertion (bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing) specific to physical inventories and related work
• Good eyesight and critical thinking to read, create and interpret business documents and spreadsheets
