Overview

We are seeking a hands on leader to serve as Director of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing functions across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on multichannel marketing efforts including email, digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline campaign workflows and nurture leads effectively.
  • Manage the integration of CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow between sales and marketing teams, enabling precise attribution modeling and lead tracking.
  • Lead data analysis initiatives using tools such as SQL and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing tactics for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging HTML and CSS\-based email templates and landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Establish scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, scoring, and nurturing to support B2B marketing objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to attribution modeling, campaign attribution accuracy, and overall marketing effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing operations with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Extensive hands\-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce along with data analysis skills using SQL and Google Analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating responsive email templates and landing pages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving email marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
