Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: Remote or San Diego, CA Department: Operations / Revenue Operations Employment Type: Full\-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations \& CRM Automations Manager to own, optimize, and scale our operational infrastructure across CRM, reporting, automations, and cross\-department workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high\-volume, data\-driven environments and has deep expertise in GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and operational automation.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the systems that power our lead flow, appointment operations, sales processes, reporting, and performance visibility. This is a hands\-on technical and operational role that directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management \& Automation (GoHighLevel)

· Manage and optimize CRM structure, workflows, pipelines, and operational logic within GoHighLevel.

· Build and maintain automations for

o Lead routing \& round\-robin distribution

o Tagging and segmentation

o Follow\-up sequences

o SMS \& email automation campaigns

o Reminders, scheduling logic, and pipeline movement

· Troubleshoot CRM issues, workflow failures, automation errors, and logic conflicts.

· Audit CRM data for accuracy, attribution, lead ownership, and reporting consistency.

· Support system implementation, testing, QA, and optimization initiatives.

Operational Reporting \& Analytics

· Build and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems in Google Sheets.

· Create and maintain advanced formulas, operational databases, and reporting logic (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, COUNTIFS, etc.).

· Develop and maintain Google Apps Script automations and integrations.

· Monitor operational KPIs including

o Appointments booked

o Show rates

o Conversion rates

o Claims filed

o Sales performance metrics

· Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership and operational visibility.

Lead Flow, Scheduling \& Operational Systems

· Manage lead distribution systems and appointment routing processes.

· Support appointment operations, scheduling systems, and attendance workflows.

· Build operational workflows for

o Sales support

o Appointment attendance

o Re\-engagement campaigns

o Quality control processes

· Monitor lead flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements.

Process Development \& Documentation

· Build operational systems and infrastructure to support scaling and process efficiency.

· Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational process guides.

· Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on workflow execution and system implementation.

· Assist with operational troubleshooting and technical support related to CRM systems and workflows.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with Sales, Marketing, Claims, and Operations to ensure workflows align with business goals.

· Support multi\-department operational infrastructure tied to high\-volume sales and appointment generation.

· Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends and operational performance.

Qualifications

· 3\+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Marketing/Operations Automation.

· Deep experience with GoHighLevel (required) and ZoHo (preferred).

· Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

· Strong understanding of lead flow, sales funnels, and appointment operations.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex workflow logic and CRM issues.

· Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

· Experience in high\-volume sales or appointment\-driven environments preferred.

Pay: $75,000\.00 per year
