The Opportunity
220 Marketing supports over 1,000 mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals nationwide. Our clients rely on us not only for marketing tools, but for consistent execution, accountability, and long\-term partnership.
This role plays a direct part in protecting and strengthening those client relationships.
You will manage client communication, operate within structured systems, resolve account issues, and contribute directly to client retention and revenue stability. This position combines client service, technical execution, and measurable performance standards within a clearly defined operational framework.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within structured systems, solving client challenges logically, and taking ownership of consistent, measurable outcomes.
Core Areas of Responsibility
· Client Retention \& Account Management
- Respond to inbound client calls and emails.
- Manage cancellation conversations using defined retention frameworks.
- Diagnose service gaps and recommend next steps.
- Maintain established retention performance standards.
- Identify appropriate upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Marketing Operations Execution
- Update WordPress\-based websites and marketing assets.
- Manage and submit internal work tickets.
- Assist clients in navigating their dashboards and marketing tools.
- Coordinate scheduling and proactive follow\-ups.
Workflow \& Performance Accountability
- Maintain QA standards and communication quality benchmarks.
- Meet monthly retention and activity targets through consistent execution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM documentation.
- Resolve all assigned tickets within defined timelines.
- Operate effectively within structured systems and repeatable workflows.
