The Role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Representative to support our sales organization through outbound prospecting, meeting coordination, and pipeline support. This role plays a critical part in driving event participation and supporting revenue growth.
This position is well\-suited for someone who enjoys structured, goal\-oriented work, communicates confidently with professionals, and thrives in a fast\-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research and engage with technology companies aligned to Apex events
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce
- Support calendar coordination and follow\-up communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach messaging
- Stay informed on technology and business trends relevant to events
- Support live and virtual events as needed
Compensation
Base Salary: $19\.23/hour (equivalent to $40,000 annually)
In addition to base salary, you are eligible for our commission and bonus structure

Work Environment \& Expectations
- Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Prolonged computer use and desk work
- Occasional travel for events (discussed in advance and company\-covered)
Required education and experience
- Associates and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (attitude matters most).
- Prior experience in business development, administrative, client success, event coordination, hospitality, or operations.
- Experience working in a fast\-paced, customer\-facing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern communication and sales related software (AI, yesware/salesloft/zoominfo, etc.).
