The Task at Hand

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining Aquacycl’s visual identity. Your primary focus will be to create and manage branded content across various platforms, including marketing collateral, social media, tradeshows, and videos. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence that resonates with our customers.

In This Role, You Will

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a central role in building and optimizing Aquacycl’s revenue engine. This role is responsible for the systems, data infrastructure, and workflows that power the full revenue lifecycle, from first touch through closed\-won and long\-term customer value.

You will help align marketing and sales around shared revenue goals, standardized definitions, and trusted performance metrics.

This role blends systems thinking, analytics, and operational execution to create clarity, efficiency, and scalability across the funnel. The RevOps Analyst will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

In This Role, You Will

Serve as a core operator of Aquacycl’s revenue system, owning the infrastructure that drives lead flow, pipeline health, and revenue visibility. You will design scalable CRM architecture, automation, and reporting systems that enable performance rather than friction.

You will translate data into actionable insight, identify risks and opportunities across the funnel, optimize conversion and velocity, and continuously improve how prospects move through the revenue lifecycle.

Revenue Systems (HubSpot) \& Lifecyle Optimization

  • Own CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and lifecycle definitions
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, cleansing, and enrichment
  • Support forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility for leadership
  • Build scalable and repeatable infrastructure for growth

Lead Generation \& Campaign Performance

  • Use insights to improve sales and marketing engagement and conversion metrics
  • Build lists, segment contacts, and manage outbound sales sequences
  • Monitor and improve campaign quality, cadence, and targeting

Reporting \& Analytics

  • Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and ROI tracking in HubSpot
  • Create reports to measure spending, engagement, and conversion
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
  • 3\+ years HubSpot CRM and automation experience
  • 3\+ years of data management and workflow implementation
  • 5\+ years Microsoft Office (Excel \& PowerPoint proficiency)
  • 3\+ years B2B experience, preferably in a tech or manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, self\-motivation, outstanding organizational and time management skills, a high\-level of initiative, flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and be able to shift priorities quickly.

Location

  • This position can be remote or hybrid with occasional in\-office work at the Escondido, CA location. The employee must be comfortable working independently and collaborating virtually with teams across time zones

Compensation

  • $80\-85k annually
