About This Role
**Summary** The Sales Operations Coordinator supports day‑to‑day execution of produce sales programs after the deal is closed. This role manages order entry, customer platforms, freight coordination, QC communication, harvest alignment, and food safety documentation. The position ensures accurate, timely, and professional execution so Key Account Directors can focus on growth, customer strategy, and program development. **Responsibilities** * Enter customer orders, pricing, and program details into ERP and customer platforms * Coordinate daily with operations, harvest, and QC teams to confirm availability, pack-outs, and quality status * Manage freight bookings, delivery appointments, and load tracking * Communicate shipment updates, delays, and corrective actions to customers and internal teams * Maintain food safety documents, COIs, specs, labels, and customer compliance uploads * Support weekly volume planning, inventory tracking, and pack plan alignment * Prepare order confirmations, BOLs, labels, and customer-required documentation * Maintain accurate customer records, pricing sheets, and program details * Generate basic sales, fulfillment, and inventory reports * Assist with customer scorecards, issue logs, and post‑shipment follow‑up * Provide administrative support to Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance as needed **Qualifications** * Experience in produce operations, sales support, logistics, or QC preferred * Understanding of fresh produce/perishable supply chain dynamics * Experience with order entry, customer portals, and ERP systems * Excellent communication, follow‑through, and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment * Familiarity with food safety documentation and retail compliance systems * Spanish proficiency a plus, but not required **Why This Role Matters** This role sits at the center of execution, where decisions directly impact customer satisfaction, product movement, and revenue performance.
