MUST HAVE CALL CENTER MANAGER EXPERIENCE
We’re seeking a senior Sales Operations leader to run the outbound \& inbound sales engine through people, process, and performance. This role oversees two Sales Supervisors and their teams (30 sales agents), ensuring execution discipline, coaching consistency, and predictable revenue delivery.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this leader acts as the operational backbone of the sales organization, turning strategy into daily execution while maintaining high standards across a hybrid workforce.
This is not a hands\-off role! You’ll stay close to the floor, but your primary leverage comes from building strong managers, clean operating rhythms, and scalable systems.
What You’ll Do
Leadership \& Team Oversight
· Directly manage two Sales Supervisors \& providing coaching, direction, and accountability.
· Ensure consistent leadership standards, coaching quality, and performance management across teams.
· Set clear expectations around execution, professionalism, and results.
Sales Execution \& Performance
· Own outbound \& inbound sales performance across teams: volume, conversion, revenue, \& close rate.
· Establish and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly sales operating rhythms.
· Review performance dashboards and forecasts; identify gaps early and drive corrective action.
· Step into live calls selectively to assess quality, reinforce standards, and support key closes.
· Ensure consistent application of sales process, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Sales Operations \& Process
· Translate VP of Sales strategy into clear, executable plans for managers and reps.
Partner with Sales Leadership to refine
·Sales processes and call flows
· Incentive and bonus structures
· Forecasting and reporting accuracy
· Identify inefficiencies in tools, workflows, or staffing and recommend improvements.
Accountability \& Culture
· In partnership with the VP of Sales run weekly manager meetings focused on metrics, coaching insights, and execution gaps.
· Establish a culture of ownership, transparency, and data\-driven decision\-making.
· Hold managers accountable for both results and behaviors, not just activity.
· Reinforce a performance culture that balances urgency with professionalism.
Cross\-Functional Partnership
· Partner with Marketing, and Training to ensure lead quality, readiness, and skill development.
· Provide feedback loops on lead performance, messaging, and conversion trends.
· Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp strategies for sales talent.
What We’re Looking For
· 8\+ years in outbound or inside sales, with increasing leadership responsibility.
· 5\+ years managing sales managers in a call center or inside sales environment (High outbound call volume 25K dials per day).
· Proven ability to scale performance through managers, not just direct reports.
· Strong Sales Operations mindset: forecasting, KPI discipline, execution management.
· Experience leading hybrid teams (remote \+ in\-office).
· Track record of exceeding revenue goals in fast\-paced environments.
· Direct, decisive leader who values accountability \& excuses the same.
· Comfortable working on\-site in Boca Raton while overseeing remote teams.
Compensation \& Benefits
· Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Schedule \& Location
· Must be available to work all hours during business operations Monday – Sunday \| 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

· Oversees both on\-site and remote sales team
Pay: $90,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year
