About This Role

Job Overview

Ashton Pools By Design is a 23\-year established, locally owned pool design and construction company. We are seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee our client\-facing office operations, CRM systems, showroom performance, and sales support team.

This is a senior\-level leadership position reporting directly to executive leadership. Construction operations are managed separately; this role focuses on the client journey, sales systems, and office performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership \& Team Oversight

  • Directly supervise office and client\-facing staff
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
  • Monitor attendance and reliability
  • Build cross\-training systems to prevent operational gaps

CRM \& Sales Operations

  • 7–10\+ years CRM management experience required (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Oversee CRM pipeline integrity and workflow management
  • Enforce lead response\-time standards
  • Audit CRM weekly for data accuracy and task compliance
  • Ensure accurate transfer of sales information into project systems

Lead \& Portal Management

  • Monitor and manage all inbound lead sources (website, HubSpot, Azenco, Bullfrog, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent engagement with partner portals to protect revenue flow
  • Ensure pricing estimators and required documentation are sent promptly
  • Provide simple weekly reporting on lead activity

Showroom \& Retail Oversight

  • Oversee spa and related product sales
  • Learn and perform water testing procedures
  • Train staff on water testing and showroom processes
  • Support sales of spas, saunas, and related products

Office Operations

  • Ensure daily phone coverage and meeting readiness
  • Oversee uniform ordering and supply management
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for consistent office performance

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10\+ years CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • 3\+ years in office, operations, or client services leadership
  • Experience supervising staff and enforcing accountability
  • Strong technical proficiency (CRM systems, Outlook, business software)
  • Proven reliability and history of long\-term employment
  • Ability to operate calmly in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: $71,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per year
