About This Role
Auto Group CFO provides consulting, implementation training, and process optimization/automation for auto groups on Tekion, or planning to implement.
We are seeking a part\-time Business Operations Assistant (approx. 20 hours/week to start) to support core administrative and operational tasks in a growing consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and review schedules
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and updates in our CRM
- Run a small weekly payroll (approximately 1 hour/week)
- Light bookkeeping (approximately 1 hour/week)
- Assist with light marketing and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide general operational support to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow\-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using business tools (calendar systems, spreadsheets, email)
- Payroll, CRM, or bookkeeping experience are all a plus, but not necessary. We will train on all systems and processes
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Experience
- Administrative, operations, or executive assistant experience
- CRM or data\-entry experience
- Payroll processing experience (training available)
- Experience supporting a small business or professional services firm
Position Details
