Minimum Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Proposal writing experience including experience in the insurance or related industry
- 3 to 5 years of related insurance industry experience including proposal writing
- Experience with CRMs, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Organized, detail\-oriented, thorough, and accurate with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, meet deadlines and take instruction from multiple sources
- Proactive decision\-maker with the ability to see the big picture
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Provide essential support for sales operations by coordinating and maintaining key processes, tools, and resources that enable the sales team to operate efficiently and achieve their goals.
- Assist with the producer development program through the coordination of annual planning, onboarding activities for new producers, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Support lead generation and prospecting activities through prospect research, campaign management, and standard engagement workflows.
- Provide basic support for producers using sales platforms; address routine questions and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Monitor sales data entry for accuracy and completeness; support data clean\-up and audits as directed.
- Maintain and organize regular sales reports and team dashboards; analyze to identify current activity and performance trends.
Assist with the setup and coordination of webinars, meetings, and internal sales events, including logistics and follow\-up communications. *
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Two plus years of proven experience in sales enablement, learning and development, and/or operations.
- Two plus years of proven experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
