Now Hiring: Marketing Operations \& Performance Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations \& Performance Manager
who will build and run the operating backbone of the marketing function. This role will own intake discipline, capacity visibility, budget governance, performance measurement, and agency accountability. You will transform data into clear insights and decision pathways, protect focus amid competing demands, and keep the organization aligned on what is working, what is not, and what to do next. Compensation — In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job\-related factors.

What You’ll Contribute as the Marketing Operations \& Performance Manager
Marketing Intake, Prioritization \& Capacity Visibility
- Own and refine marketing intake.
- Track demand, workload, and capacity across internal teams and agencies.
- Provide transparent tradeoffs, sequencing, and resourcing constraints.
- Maintain focus and protect priorities amid changes.
Marketing Operations \& Systems
- Administer and optimize marketing operations tools.
- Leverage Salesforce for performance tracking, attribution inputs, and reporting alignment.
- Establish consistent processes, documentation, SLAs, and operating standards.
- Improve operations through process optimization automation, and tooling enhancements
Agency Performance, Performance Measurement, KPIs \& Reporting
- Define, own, and maintain core outcome\-based marketing KPIs (not activity counts).
- Build and manage dashboards that provide clear leadership signal on effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure reporting is consistent, credible, and decision\-oriented across leadership forums.
- Own agency performance management.
- Ensure outputs and costs align to approved scopes, priorities, and performance expectations.
Marketing Financial Management \& Governance
- Own end\-to\-end marketing budget.
- Maintain clear budget visibility, controls, and approvals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on budgeting, re\-forecasting, variance analysis, and investment tradeoffs.
Cross\-Functional Partnership \& Decision Support
- Support leadership with clear analyses, scenarios, and recommendations during decision\-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, discipline, and operational rigor to marketing discussions.
What You’ll Leverage in this Role
Experience \& Education
- 5\-7 years in marketing operations, performance management, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Salesforce or similar software.

Strong knowledge of unique industries and markets in conjunction with a broad knowledge of business banking products and services is required.

What to expect from your physical environment
- Remote role within state of Florida, ideally local to Central Florida.
- Occasional U.S. travel for company events and leadership sessions.
- Sustained standing and sitting.
- Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
