About the Role

The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for overseeing the end\-to\-end revenue processes, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize revenue growth. This role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, improving data\-driven decision\-making, and optimizing revenue strategies across the company. The Director will lead the implementation of tools, systems, and processes to increase visibility into the revenue cycle, enhance productivity, and support long\-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy \& Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company's revenue strategy, set growth targets, and align cross\-functional teams toward unified goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and streamline revenue\-related processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Data \& Analytics: Own the revenue data ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and actionable insights for all stakeholders.
  • Technology \& Tools: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue\-related tools to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the revenue team, providing regular analysis on sales performance, customer retention, and overall revenue health.
  • Cross\-functional Alignment: Ensure clear communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to maintain a consistent revenue strategy.
  • Revenue Forecasting \& Budgeting: Work closely with finance to develop reliable forecasting models and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high\-performing Revenue Operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a data\-driven culture.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8\+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, ideally in SaaS or a similar high\-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing cross\-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
