Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and drive overall revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team across multiple channels, including outside sales and B2B (business\-to\-business) sales.
  • Oversee key account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and long\-term partnerships.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives and brand positioning.

  • Foster a customer\-centric culture by enhancing customer service standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, or a similar leadership role within B2B or technology sales environments.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and negotiation tactics.
