Sales Operations Coordinator

About This Role

Overview

We are hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Manager and help ensure smooth daily sales operations.

This is not a commission role. We are looking for someone steady, experienced, and organized who takes pride in doing things right.

Duties

• Follow up with existing customers and warm leads

Re\-engage dormant or inactive accounts

Process and manage customer orders accurately

Communicate with customers regarding order status and product availability

Maintain and update CRM records

Add new inventory and product listings to our website

Assist with basic reporting and sales tracking

Support day\-to\-day sales and administrative operations

Ideal Candidate 2\+ years experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email Reliable, consistent, and proactive Comfortable working in a small business environment (not corporate) Tech\-comfortable — able to learn CRM and website backend systems Bonus: Experience with Shopify or other e\-commerce platforms Experience in retail, wholesale, or product\-based businesses

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $25\.00 per hour
