POSITION SUMMARY

The Pre\-Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing essential operational, administrative, and outbound support to the Sales organization. This position ensures consistent pipeline generation, event coordination, meeting scheduling, nurture campaign execution, lead management, product presentation, sales cycle execution and management and cross functional operational alignment to support the company’s revenue goals. This role is critical to achieving the annual sales plan. It supports field sellers, National Business Consultants, Solutions Consultants, and leadership by coordinating high impact activities and enabling the sales team to focus on closing, strategic initiatives, and execution priorities.

DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Coordination \& Meeting Management

  • Coordinate 1:1 and group client meetings before, during, and after in person events to maximize event ROI.
  • Manage event attendee lists, complete outbound outreach, and secure scheduled meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure successful event preparation and follow\-up.

Outbound Scheduling \& Sales Support

  • Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to fill travel schedules and appointment calendars for field sales, NBCs and travelling solutions consultants.
  • Drive early\-stage pipeline activity by securing qualified first meetings and supporting outbound activity targets.
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume aligned with team performance goals.

Nurture Campaign Development \& Pipeline Management

  • Create and execute product specific nurture campaigns, including products with long sales cycles (e.g., MXP: 9–18 months).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop content, build automated workflows, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Add high funnel, unqualified, or event\-generated leads into appropriate nurture tracks.

Operational Meetings \& Internal Alignment

  • Coordinate and facilitate operational alignment meetings across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product.
  • Document action items, track progress, and ensure follow\-up on strategic execution priorities.
  • Support cross\-functional initiatives that expand opportunity value and deepen customer engagement.

Vertical Expansion \& Outreach (Banks and New Markets)

  • Execute coordinated outbound outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, automation) to schedule meetings with bank prospects and other new verticals.
  • Leverage association membership lists and multi touch sequencing to open new opportunities.

Lead Management \& Distribution

  • Distribute new inbound and marketing\-generated leads promptly to appropriate sales resources.
  • Manage leads from unmanned webinars, user group meetings, and outbound campaigns, ensuring timely follow\-up.
  • Maintain accurate routing, logging, and reporting within Salesforce.

Product Demonstration and Sales Cycle management on non\-core ancillary products

Data, Reporting \& Process Support

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including activities, meetings, prospects, and nurture statuses.
  • Support reporting needs, including pipeline activity, meeting volume, event impact, and outbound metrics.
  • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements in processes, workflows, and automation.

SKILLS \& ABILITIES

  • Strong pre\-sales and sales operations support skills with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and automated sequencing to secure qualified meetings.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and complex schedules across multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective lead management, routing, and follow\-up to ensure timely engagement and accurate alignment with sales resources.
  • Ability to build and execute nurture campaigns, including support for long sales cycles.
  • Strong cross\-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with both internal teams and external prospects.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
  • Analytical and process\-oriented mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and support continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience, including data entry, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Marketing campaign management experience, including nurturing sequences and automation tools.
  • Outbound sales or appointment setting experience, including phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional customer engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Experience with outbound automation platforms and optimizing sequencing, triggers, and workflows.
  • Outside Sales or Solutions Consulting Experience for SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales motions, opportunity management, and demand generation.
  • Experience coordinating event\-driven outreach and high\-volume meeting scheduling.
