Job Overview What You’ll Drive
- New corporate and group business development
- Revenue growth across transient, meetings, social, and catering segments
- Account acquisition and pipeline expansion
- Collaboration with Revenue on pricing, forecasting, and displacement
- Strategic partnership development within the regional business community
- Direct reporting and performance visibility to the company President

Experience/Qualifications
- 3–5\+ years of hotel sales experience (boutique, independent, lifestyle, or luxury preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with forecasting, CRM systems, and revenue collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with proven performance
