Marketing Operations Specialist (B2B Marketing)
Experience: 1–2 years (HubSpot preferred) Location: United States (Full\-time)
Digital DI Consultants is seeking a detail\-oriented and data\-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to support our growing B2B marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing operations career who is excited to work hands\-on with HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics, and cross\-functional teams to drive measurable revenue impact.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize the systems that power our marketing engine—bridging marketing strategy with the operational tools that support lead generation, campaign execution, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation \& CRM Management
- Support and execute marketing automation strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including contacts, lists, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
- Build and maintain automated workflows based on contact demographics, behaviors, and engagement.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, website forms, and third\-party tools to ensure accurate lead capture and segmentation.
Campaign Execution \& Optimization
- Assist in improving campaign targeting, execution, and performance tracking.
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls\-to\-action (CTAs) to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on website and campaign elements to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Monitor user behavior and traffic patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
Reporting, Analytics \& Insights
- Set up and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing metrics such as open rates, click\-through rates, conversions, and lead quality.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities
- 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or CRM management.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM.
- Familiarity with lead nurturing, sales funnels, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Experience managing websites using HubSpot CMS and/or WordPress.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN\-SPAM).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and third\-party marketing integrations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross\-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and technical teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing technologies and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs or advanced integrations.
- Experience with additional CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
