Location: Primarily onsite in Southern Nevada. Limited hybrid flexibility available once operational proficiency and reliability are demonstrated.
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 base salary \+ structured performance bonus tied to segment and overall business growth

We are hiring a Business Operations \& Marketing Manager to take ownership of the Independent Restaurant Segment — assuming direct responsibility for tactical execution, activating marketing initiatives, strengthening operating systems, and expanding our customer base.
Position Highlights
This is a high\-autonomy role within a focused organization. The right candidate is self\-directed, internally motivated, and comfortable owning outcomes without frequent check\-ins.
The role combines strategic desk work with operational execution. Approximately 10–15 hours per week involves participating in light production and fulfillment activities, including operating our print\-duplicator equipment, preparing some shipments, applying carrier labels, and coordinating daily UPS/FedEx pickups. Training is provided, and part\-time operational staff support this work.
We are particular about delivering strong customer service while encouraging restaurant operators to use efficient online ordering tools that simplify repeat ordering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead segment marketing initiatives including email automation and online marketplace maintenance
- Own CRM configuration, data quality, and reporting dashboards
- Manage orders, samples, logistics coordination, and vendor communications
- Participate directly in light production and fulfillment
- Implement process improvements across marketing and operations
- Use AI tools to increase productivity and output quality
Required Qualifications
- AA degree minimum, or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating discipline, initiative, and continuous learning
- Relevant experience in marketing, operations, or combined roles
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in CRM/ERP systems
- Experience building reports in Excel or similar tools
- Exposure to digital marketing (email automation or marketplace management)
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
- Physically capable of light production work
Final candidates will complete a structured assessment process as part of our selection process. This role is based onsite in Southern Nevada, with location flexibility currently being evaluated between Las Vegas and Mesquite.
