About This Role

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales functions across the New York market. This pivotal role involves driving sales growth, streamlining processes, managing and training sales representatives and brand specialists, and empowering our sales team to achieve exceptional results. As a key leader, you will develop innovative strategies, oversee management of sales initiatives, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will inspire the sales team to surpass targets while maintaining a customer\-centric approach that fuels long\-term success.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate revenue growth in B2B markets.
  • Lead and manage the sales operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales growth.
  • Utilize FLX Extracts proprietary CRM platform to manage the sales team and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage key accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms that benefit the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Implement process improvements for sales workflows, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cannabis sales and B2B sales.
  • Strong management skills with a track record of leading high\-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in business development strategies that expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service mindset to build lasting client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to driving sales growth.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision\-making.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From $100,000\.00 per year
