Funding Force AI is building a high\-performance outbound funding engine in the alternative business finance space.

We are not looking for a data entry clerk.

We are hiring the operator behind the revenue machine.

This role will manage Apollo prospecting, CRM organization, dialer systems, and Jotform workflows to support a fast\-moving sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo
• Organize and clean large outbound datasets
• Manage CRM (Airtable / Salesforce style systems)
• Set up and optimize dialers (power dialers, call routing)
• Build and maintain Jotform workflows
• Monitor sales performance metrics
• Assign leads to reps and track activity
• Improve contact rate and follow\-up efficiency
• Maintain clean reporting dashboards

Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year
