Marketing Operations Manager

GlyMed Plus, a trusted leader in professional skincare and aesthetics industry, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team of skincare enthusiasts. GlyMed has been in business for over 35 years. Over the last three decades GlyMed has been known for quality products and trail blazing education. GlyMed is looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing Marketing team projects and tasks. The role is centered around project management and supporting the Marketing team. You will develop, communicate, and execute against our brand marketing strategy, providing clarity, direction, guidance, execution, and assistance to our Marketing team. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for taking initiative brand growth, planning, development, and execution for all aspects of brand marketing, including promotion, creative, and dual channel consumer marketing with professional B2B engagement. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the marketing operations and project management lead for the marketing department, ensuring day\-to\-day workflows, timelines, and deliverables are organized, on track, and aligned with company priorities. This role has no direct reports and works cross\-functionally to coordinate resources and execution.
  • Relay information between department management and cross\-functional partners regarding priorities, resources, timelines, and procedures; ensure clarity of expectations and follow\-through across initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan, including brand strategy, marketing programs, policies, and campaigns to promote business products and drive growth.
  • Establish and manage core marketing operations systems, including: intake requests, project briefs, kickoff processes, task assignment, creative review routing, approvals, and post\-campaign wrap\-ups.
  • Own marketing department project plans, timelines, meeting cadences, agendas, and action\-item tracking; create visibility through reporting and documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Education, Creative, Sales, Product, and Leadership) to ideate, plan, and execute upcoming marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to brand standards.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate campaign milestones across email, social, web, eCommerce, education, events, and sales enablement.
  • Own and audit content across marketing and customer\-facing channels to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with compliance/claims guidelines.
  • Curate and develop content for email and blog campaigns; support copywriting and content creation as needed.
  • Proofread and QA content for messaging, accuracy, and grammar; ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify markets and customers, demand for products and services, and the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative advertising, public relations, product placement, sales materials, and visual merchandising strategies to ensure strong brand visibility with target buyers.
  • Execute an industry\-leading digital marketing strategy focused on revenue growth via eCommerce and measurable ROI.
  • Support strategy and execution for CRM, promotions, loyalty programs (REGEN Rewards), email campaigns, sampling, education, direct mail, and events.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to grow inbound leads and improve conversion across channels.
  • Support social participation and industry events; coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Technical graphic design knowhow and production.
  • Produce and manage effective email campaigns and sales templates; ensure segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain brand reputation through audits, review management, and feedback solicitation, surface insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, affiliates, and key industry partners; coordinate deliverables and ensure service level expectations.
  • Work within the marketing budget; manage vendor POs/invoices as needed; measure and report ROI and campaign performance.
  • Own full cycle of company tradeshows
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and marketing operations, including building workflows, timelines, briefs, approval processes, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets; comfortable tracking spend and ROI.
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Up to date on trends and best practices in digital marketing, measurement, and content performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong proofreading and QA skills.
  • Understanding of packaging and design concepts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Creative Suite/Adobe tools, Google Analytics, AdWords, Photoshop/Illustrator, and video creation tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing tools preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field; CPG/beauty experience preferred.
  • Experience in dual channel marketing (professional \+ retail/eCommerce) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
