About This Role
Greentech Finance Solutions (GFS) is a rapidly growing national program, integrating multiple aspects of finance into our existing distribution business. The goal is to accelerate our customers’ profitability, all while driving value and reducing long\-term risk to both the installer and Greentech Renewables. The program is currently supported through a combined effort from both the Finance Solutions Team (into which this role reports) and our 100\+ Greentech Renewables locations located throughout the United States. - The Opportunity*
The GFS Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting GFS’s daily operations by managing critical workflows and ensuring operational accuracy. This position involves overseeing credit file requests and program applications, coordinating contract signatures, and acting as a liaison for homeowner complaints between finance partners and installer customers. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date data across systems. Attention to detail, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success.
REPORTS TO: Eastern sales manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 0\-2 years of professional work experience
- Technical expertise: basic working knowledge of the Microsoft product suite required (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication (written \& verbal) and organizational skills
- Cross\-Department Collaboration: communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support seamless operations
- Comfortable with customer\-facing interactions
- Self\-motivated with ability to work independently on many tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CRM tools preferred (Salesforce, Moxo)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This job operates in a professional office environment and extensively uses computer equipment.
COMPENSATION
The compensation range for this position is $55,000\.00 to $60,000\.00 annually
