This role partners closely with the sales team, clients, and Costco to manage day-to-day operations, turn data into actionable insights, and proactively resolve issues that impact performance.** **This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Costco systems, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.** **To support business needs, this role is targeted to start in early April.** **Responsibilities** * Provide day-to-day operational support for the Costco sales team, including order processing, scheduling demos, and resolving discrepancies * Serve as a liaison between Costco, clients, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution and communication * Support vendor and product setup within Costco systems * Manage and maintain key client documentation such as buy docs, NLC sheets, event contracts, and promotional agreements * Process and manage Costco purchase orders, including resolving pricing, delivery, and fulfillment issues * Support promotional planning and execution across demos, roadshows, endcaps, TPDs, margin adjustments, and audits * Utilize Costco CRX data to support forecasting, strategy development, and business-building insights * Provide retail, category, and industry context to help identify opportunities and risks * Track accruals, merchandising funds, and promotional spend * Support reconciliation, audit processes, and Costco claims * Proactively identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency **Requirements** * **3–5 years of experience supporting a Costco account** * Hands-on experience using Costco CRX data for forecasting and actionable insights * Experience supporting trade management and promotional activities at Costco * Working knowledge of Costco audit and reconciliation processes * Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Proven ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Curiosity for retail and adaptability in a constantly changing marketplace **What We Offer** Harvest Group understands that investing in our people and culture are vital to successfully attracting and retaining top talent. The national hiring range for this position is $70,000-$80,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
