We are seeking a detail\-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage the operational flow of our sales pipeline and CRM systems.
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and executing our sales systems. This role ensures every lead is tracked, nurtured, scheduled, and advanced properly through our sales process.
This position focuses on CRM accuracy, pipeline organization, automation execution, and KPI visibility. You will work directly with ownership and the sales team to ensure the system runs cleanly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
- Full management and daily oversight of GoHighLevel CRM
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline stages
- Ensure all leads are properly tagged and segmented
- Monitor opportunity movement through each stage
- Create and manage automations (email, SMS, reminders)
- Maintain accurate sales notes and documentation
- Prevent stale or neglected leads
Sales Pipeline Coordination
- Track all active leads daily
- Ensure timely follow\-up on every opportunity
- Identify stalled deals and notify closer
- Monitor response times and communication cadence
- Maintain organized opportunity records
- Ensure all pipeline stages reflect real\-time deal status
Appointment \& Calendar Management
- Book and confirm virtual and in\-person sales appointments
- Send presentation decks and materials prior to meetings
- Confirm attendance and reduce no\-show rates
- Coordinate rescheduling as needed
- Manage calendar communication between team members
Sales Process Execution
- Trigger automated follow\-up sequences
- Send recap emails after sales calls
- Ensure proper stage movement within CRM after each sales interaction
- Maintain workflow consistency across all active opportunities
KPI Tracking \& Reporting
We utilize an automated reporting spreadsheet that pulls data directly from GoHighLevel.
Your responsibility is to ensure the CRM is updated precisely and consistently so that all key performance indicators reflect accurate, real\-time data.
On a weekly basis, you will
- Review CRM data for accuracy and completeness
- Generate the KPI report from the automated system
- Validate performance metrics
- Deliver a clean, organized weekly sales report to ownership
Accuracy in CRM equals accuracy in revenue visibility.
Qualifications
Required
- CRM management experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Sales coordination, inside sales support, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self\-starter with accountability mindset
Preferred
- Experience in construction, outdoor living, or home services
- Experience supporting high\-ticket sales processes
- Familiarity with automation tools and sales pipelines
Performance Expectations
- Zero leads falling through the cracks

- Weekly KPI report delivered consistently and accurately

Compensation \& Growth
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
- Performance bonus potential tied to KPI execution
