About the role

We are seeking a highly execution\-focused Sales Operations / Sales Support Manager This role will serve as the operational backbone of IDR’s Commercial organization, translating sales leadership vision, priorities, and ideas into tangible processes, tools, and assets that drive revenue performance. The ideal candidate brings strong Sales Operations experience, understands how sales teams operate day to day, and has hands\-on exposure to lead generation or SDR functions. This is a high\-impact role with visibility across the revenue organization and close partnership with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

CRO Partnership \& Strategic Execution

  • Partner closely with the CRO to operationalize revenue strategy, priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Translate sales leadership needs (reporting, auditing, outreach, enablement) into concrete, execution\-ready assets.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner, ensuring ideas move from concept to implementation within set time frames.

Sales Operations \& Process Optimization

  • Design, document, and optimize sales processes across the full funnel (lead intake, qualification, pipeline management, forecasting).
  • Own CRM structure, data hygiene, and optimization to ensure accurate reporting and insights in conjunction with sales team members.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Sales Support \& Enablement

  • Help to build and maintain sales enablement assets including playbooks, outreach templates, pitch materials, and internal documentation.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of sales team members.
  • Ensure sales teams have the tools, processes, and guidance needed to execute efficiently.

Lead Generation \& SDR Support

  • Collaborate with CRO \& Marketing to support inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Help operationalize outreach strategies, qualification frameworks, and follow\-up workflows.

Qualifications \& Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business admin, analytics, economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5\+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience translating the needs of a sales leader (reporting, auditing, outreach, etc.) into tangible tools, assets, and workflows.
  • Prior exposure to lead generation and/or SDR roles (hands\-on experience strongly preferred).
  • Background in expert networks, market research, professional services, or B2B services strongly preferred.

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with sales data, dashboards, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, evolving environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
