Job Overview
As a Marketing Operations Manager, Campaign Delivery, within GBSG Marketing Operations, you will work closely to support the marketing and operations teams with planning, organizing, and executing marketing projects from conception to completion. This role will need to quickly build rapport and establish credibility, trust, and respect across internal stakeholders and external agency teams. You will need to work as a strong team player with extreme ownership of timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns, and you will play a critical role to ensure the success of the projects that span technology implementations and enhancements, as well as process improvements and automation. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently to deliver on project/campaign goals, with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross\-functional teams and ensure robust communication is maintained with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, assign, and drive the daily tasks and activities across project teams to accelerate the delivery of the most strategic and campaign production work
- Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
- Leverage your expertise to recommend and thought partner on approaches, solutions, and other improvements
- Regularly communicate status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders, with a focus on details
- Work across marketing operations, solutions, PMO, GTM Tech, internal teams, and third\-party agency partners to ensure that campaign production and technology services are delivered effectively and on time
- Drive \& support areas of improvement within the project or program in partnership with stakeholders
- Direct and provide support, directional guidance, and functional or technical expertise to the project team
- Use defined \& existing project frameworks for best practices, tools, and templates
- Develop high\-quality campaign delivery plans \& work breakdowns, key milestones, and deliverables
Qualifications
- Professional Project Management certification is highly valued
- Minimum of 5\+ years of experience in project management, and direct experience within a marketing environment is required
- Proven ability to lead, drive, and influence project outcomes across cross\-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and information to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software – Workfront experience is extremely valuable, and additional experience with Jira is ideal
