As a Product Manager in Digital Enablement, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end\-to\-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top\-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented Product Manager to join our Digital Platform team. The Digital Platform team is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships, and building digital products that could transform the way we and our clients do business. The team thoughtfully balances due diligence with speed to market and creativity with discipline to produce best\-in\-class, efficient, and innovative digital solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for digital solutions that serve both our clients and internal users. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Defines product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and iterate on reusable components that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Partners closely with marketing and client engagement teams to develop go\-to\-market strategies and support product launches.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on content management technologies and trends, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and customers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5\+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic
- Advanced knowledge of requirements definition, and value management, along with strong platform lifecycle management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with cross\-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making
- Passionate about simplifying complexity, enabling scalable platforms, and automating workflows to drive business value
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Data visualization experience eg Tableau, Adobe Analytics etc a bonus.
- Certification in product management or related fields.
