Sales Operations Specialist

We are a leading distributor of Aerospace fasteners for 40\+ years. The company seeks an Sales Operations Specialist to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate would be an organized, self\-motivated, multi\-tasker, able to float through departments, and provide support to our front office. Long term position with opportunity to grow.

Primary Duties

• Assist the sales team with quotes: quote entry, follow up and order entry
• Support inside sales with administrative tasks and data entry
• Provide prompt and professional customer service
• Maintain product and pricing information in the system
• Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions

Competencies

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service and order processing.
• Prior experience in fasteners and distribution.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
• Team Player

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per year
