Job description
- This is a full\-time permanent position offering comprehensive employee benefits. It is an on\-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options.*
Duties and Responsibilities
Including but not limited to
- Backend support for US Sales Team. For example, order entry, shipment releases
- Planning, executing and overseeing multiple projects, with coordination amongst internal departments and overseas teams to meet business goals.
- Analyzing data, creating reports.
- Source, buy, negotiates, and manages acquisitions of goods and services from suppliers
- Prepare quotations to customers
- Coordinate logistics arrangements with Asia teams and US local teams.
- Communication with stakeholders. Keep customers and internal teams informed through regular updates on forecasts, purchase orders demand, delivery schedules etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2\-year\+ of hands\-on experience in project\-based sales and/or sales management. (computer hardware/data center industry is a plus)
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and collaborate effectively in team environment
- Able to communicate effectively in fluent oral, written, and presentation formats
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Essential Skills \& Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- Understanding of Oracle ERP, CRM software, JIRA (Optional)
- Be able to attend late evening conference calls with overseas cross\-functional teams
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: From $80,000\.00 per year
