About the Role

The Field Enablement Manager partners closely with regional Sales leadership to drive sales execution and performance improvement. This role focuses on improving how reps and managers execute in live pipeline and active deals—by reinforcing consistent deal standards, improving manager coaching, and driving adoption of core sales workflows. This is a field\-embedded role designed to influence day\-to\-day selling behavior, not a content production or standalone training role.We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration andsocialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 2 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Solon office. Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution \& Performance Enablement* Partner with regional sales leaders and frontline managers to improve pipeline quality, deal progression, and forecast confidence.

  • Reinforce consistent expectations for opportunity qualification, stage progression, and buyer\-owned next steps.
  • Support execution improvement through deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and targeted coaching moments.
  • Manager Coaching \& Enablement** Enable frontline managers to run effective 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections.
  • Provide managers with practical frameworks, coaching questions, and inspection guidance tied to CRM evidence.
  • Observe and support manager\-led coaching sessions to help improve coaching quality and consistency.
  • Regional Readiness \& Continuous Enablement** Support onboarding and ongoing readiness for sales reps in partnership with central enablement and learning teams.
  • Deliver execution\-focused enablement sessions tied to real revenue moments (discovery, qualification, proof, negotiation).
  • Adapt enablement approaches to regional market conditions, product mix, and sales motions.
  • Deal Support \& Pattern Recognition** Identify execution gaps across stalled or lost deals and work with managers to address root causes.
  • Help scale effective selling behaviors by reinforcing what works in successful deals.
  • Serve as a thought partner to sales leadership on improving deal quality and consistency.
  • Field Feedback \& Cross\-Functional Collaboration** Capture structured feedback from the field on messaging, process, tooling, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with Enablement, RevOps, and Product Marketing to translate field insights into improvements.
  • Reinforce Salesforce as the system of record for deal inspection and sales execution.
  • Success Metrics** Improved stage\-to\-stage conversion rates in priority segments
  • Reduced deal slippage and time\-in\-stage
  • Increased consistency and quality of manager\-led pipeline and deal reviews
  • Observable improvement in rep deal preparation and execution discipline

Qualifications* 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, RevOps, or a related GTM function

  • Experience working closely with frontline sales managers and influencing selling behavior
  • Strong understanding of opportunity management and CRM\-based sales processes
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi\-product, matrixed environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
