Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $24\.00 – $33\.00 per hour (equivalent to approximately $50,000 – $70,000 annually)

Location: City of Industry, CA

What you will DO

• Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
• Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co\-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting.
• Work cross\-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams.
• Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
• Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
• Perform other job duties as manager assigned.

What you will NEED

• Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• 3\+ years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor’s degree, OR
• 5\+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi\-task
• Works well as individual and with sales teams
