About This Role
We're hiring a **RevOps / GTM Hacker**! ### **Summary** * **Flexible Title:** Can tailor to reflect your skills & experience — whether you're currently a Revenue Operations Specialist, GTM Engineer, Sales Ops Hacker, or Pipeline Architect. * **Flexible Time:** Can do full-time, part-time, side-gig (off-hours), or fractional (contract). * **Flexible Commitment:** Can do short-term, long-term, or intermittent. **This is an automated outreach role, not a marketing role.** You'll build and optimize the systems that power direct outreach — email sequences, LinkedIn messages, social DMs, and multi-channel follow-ups. If your background is in advertising, content marketing, or brand — this isn't the right fit. **Why so flexible?** We're a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q1 2026. We're also interested in long term "side gig" relationships, if that's what you're into — in our experience, a few expert hours often beat full-time learning-curve hours. ### **About Us** We're a credible, **funded**, remote-first startup led by a serial [technical] founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha. Learn more about our founder, team, and comp structures at **list-lab.org**. ### **Compensation** Up to **$350,000** max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components). ### **What Success Looks Like in 30 Days** We've already validated the approach. Now we need you to build the systems that make it repeatable and scalable. * You've mapped and optimized our lead-to-close outreach pipeline * You've built automation workflows for multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, social DMs) * You've connected our tools into a unified GTM stack (CRM, outreach, enrichment, analytics) * You've established dashboards and metrics we actually look at daily * You've identified bottlenecks in the outreach flow and implemented fixes ### **What You'll Do** * **Build the outreach machine** — design and implement the systems that move leads from first touch to closed deal via direct outreach * **Orchestrate multi-channel sequences** — email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X DMs, Instagram DMs — build flows that feel personal at scale * **Connect the stack** — integrate CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, scheduling, and analytics into a seamless workflow (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Phantom Buster, Calendly, Zapier, Make, etc.) * **Automate everything possible** — lead routing, follow-up sequences, data enrichment, task creation, notifications * **Own pipeline visibility** — build dashboards that show what's working, what's stuck, and where to focus * **Optimize reply rates** — identify drop-off points in the outreach flow and implement fixes * **Enable the sales motion** — make it easy to run high-volume, personalized outreach without manual grunt work * **Document and systematize** — create playbooks so the process scales beyond you * Take ownership of results — good or bad ### **What We're Looking For** * **5-8 years** of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or similar — focused on **outreach, not marketing** * Hands-on experience **building and connecting outreach systems** (not just managing them) * **Experience with social DMs at scale** — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram — preferred * Deep fluency with **CRM platforms** (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) * Proficient with **automation platforms and integrations** (Zapier, Make, n8n, Tray.io, Clay, Phantom Buster, etc.) * Experience with **outreach and enrichment tools** (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.) * **Systems thinker** — you see the whole outreach pipeline, not just individual tools * Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and scrappy execution * Not looking for a team to manage — you're ready to do the work yourself * Experience at a **venture-backed startup** is a HUGE plus
