About This Role

**About Troveo** Troveo is building the next-generation data platform to train AI video models. We offer the world's largest library of AI video training data, offering millions of hours of licensed, training-ready content. Our end-to-end data pipeline connects creators, rights holders, and AI research labs, enabling scalable, compliant, and innovative uses of video for AI applications and model development. We are an early-stage, high-growth venture backed by forward-thinking investors, and we’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help power Troveo’s growth. **Role Summary** You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure our sales team reaches its performance goals. You will also directly support all key sales initiatives by populating and maintaining Salesforce and other tracking tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Keep the sales pipeline moving by monitoring activity, prompting follow-ups, and helping other sales leaders stay organized. * Build and refine lightweight processes that reduce operational friction and improve sales efficiency. * Own reporting and dashboards that translate raw activity into actionable insights for leadership. * Maintain and optimize Salesforce to ensure clean data, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into deals. * Manage documentation, intake workflows, customer request tracking, and internal handoffs. * Support sales representatives with proposal preparation, materials organization, and coordination across Product and Delivery. * Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement systems that make the team faster and more consistent. **What You Should Bring** * Salesforce experience is essential - you should be able to manage objects, fields, automations, reports, dashboards, and overall CRM hygiene with confidence. * At least five years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role supporting a high performance sales team. * A deep sense of operational discipline: you catch inconsistencies, enforce processes, and keep the pipeline accurate and moving. * Strength in process creation and documentation, with the ability to take a messy workflow and turn it into a clean, repeatable system. * Strong analytical instincts: you’re comfortable building dashboards, interpreting sales data, and turning insights into recommendations. * Excellent communication skills, especially around keeping stakeholders aligned, nudging for clarity, and driving accountability. * A mindset that balances speed with precision but fast enough to keep up with sales, careful enough to maintain data quality. * Proactive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to keep deals on track and customer asks organized. **Why Join Troveo?** * Shape the strategy and operating model of a high-growth venture-backed startup at the intersection of media and AI. * Work directly with senior leadership on company-defining initiatives. * A collaborative environment with a talented, diverse team of subject matter experts. * Opportunity to grow into a senior role as the company scales. * Competitive compensation package with equity upside and benefits.
