We are looking for a technical automation specialist to build and manage our sales operations infrastructure. You will be responsible for integrating our core tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, and Smartlead) to automate data enrichment, research, and communication workflows.

Responsibilities

• System Integration: Manage the bi\-directional data sync between Smartlead, Clay, and HubSpot.
• Data Enrichment: Build complex tables in Clay ("Waterfalls") to aggregate prospect data from open web sources.
• AI Implementation: Configure AI prompts to analyze enriched data and generate structured outputs (summaries, draft copy) directly into the CRM.
• CRM Management: Maintain HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and properties to ensure data hygiene.
• Maintenance: Monitor system health, troubleshoot API errors, and ensure 99% uptime on automations.

Requirements

• You are highly technical and comfortable working with APIs.
• You have a portfolio of complex automations that you have built personally.
• You can execute quickly and document your work clearly.

Clay: Expert level (Waterfalls Claygent HTTP API usage) HubSpot: Admin level (Complex Workflows Custom Objects) . Smartlead: Webhook and campaign management. AI/LLMs: Experience writing system prompts for OpenAI/Claude to structure data.
