Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented SEM Operations Admin to serve as the technical execution engine for our digital Search department. Your primary role is to complete tasks assigned by the Search Department, as well as miscellaneous technical and administrative tasks assigned by the CEO. This is an execution\-focused position covering GTM, Search, Display, DSP/Programmatic, and broader administrative support to ensure all digital operations run smoothly and accurately.

Please note that this is NOT a SEO, sales, or media buying position. This is an entry level position in our Search Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Builds: Manually building out campaigns, ad groups, and keyword lists based on provided documents.
  • Ad Copy \& Creative Loading: Uploading and formatting headlines/descriptions; uploading banner images and creative assets for display and DSP campaigns.
  • Settings Management: Executing configuration updates, including bid strategy changes and targeted location updates.
  • Budget Management: Entering or scheduling monthly budgets.
  • Programmatic \& DSP Support: Assist in the basic setup and administrative maintenance of programmatic placements and broader DSP tasks as assigned.
  • Account Setup: Creating GTM accounts and containers.
  • Tag Deployment: Loading provided snippets or pixels into GTM.
  • User Management: Managing permissions and adding/removing users from GTM accounts.
  • Tag Delivery: Extracting the GTM installation code and sending it to developers or clients for site implementation.
  • GA4 Configuration: Setting up and configuring GA4 properties and data streams according to company SOPs.
  • Account Hygiene: Performing regular housekeeping checks, including reviewing ad extensions for relevance and fixing typos in ad copy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Google Ads Editor: Proficiency in using the Editor desktop application for offline campaign builds, bulk edits, and checking for errors before posting.
  • Certifications: Active Google Ads Search Certification is required.
  • Platform Knowledge: Proficiency navigating the UI of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excel/Sheets: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, data cleaning, and formatting).
  • Detail Orientation: A "checker" mindset \- ability to spot a typo, a missing character, or a broken link.
  • Process\-Driven: High comfort level following strict SOPs without deviating.
  • Reliability: Ability to manage recurring monthly tasks (like budget scheduling) without reminders.
  • Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for sending technical tags to external partners or developers.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities
