Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Training \& Enablement Manager specializing in Partner and Dealer Education, LMS management, and Curriculum Development. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance partner and dealer capabilities.

The Opportunity

Organizers Direct Industries (ODI) is a high growth manufacturing leader in the custom home organization industry. We are in a scaling phase, and our future growth relies on the success of our extensive network of independent dealers across North America. We are seeking a Director of Dealer Development \& Enablement to own the "Dealer Capability" engine.

This is not a traditional corporate training role. It is a business impact role. You will move our network from passive dealers to active, high performing sellers by building a world class onboarding, enablement, and continuous education ecosystem. You will ensure every dealer has access to the clear, modern, and usable education they need to support their long term business success, while building a scalable machine that significantly reduces the "Time to First Revenue" for new partners.

Success Factors

You do not carry a direct sales quota, but you are accountable for the readiness that drives revenue. You will be measured on:

Activation Velocity: Reducing the average time it takes a new dealer to reach ODI success milestones.

Graduation Rate: The percentage of new dealers who complete certification and launch within targeted onboarding windows.

Adoption: Active usage of the Dealer Portal and design technology tools.

What You Will Build \& Own

Capability Transfer (The "ODI Way"): You will capture the institutional expertise of our executives and top performing dealers, transforming it into a structured, scalable curriculum (Sales, Design, Installation, Business 101\) and certification program. You ensure the "ODI Way" is documented, taught, and repeatable.

New Dealer Activation (Bootcamps): You will own the "New Dealer Experience." You will run our monthly onboarding Bootcamps (in\-person and virtual), ensuring new partners leave confident and ready to sell.

P\&L Coaching \& Business Acumen: You will equip dealers with not just design skills, but business intelligence. You will teach them how to read their own margins, identify operational bottlenecks, and use ODI products to increase their net profit.

Data\-Driven Intervention: You won't just publish content and hope people read it. You will use CRM data to identify "stalled" dealers and work with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to proactively deploy training interventions to get them back on track.

The Dealer Tech Stack: You will act as the Product Owner for our core dealer tools (Portal, LiveStorage, LMS). You ensure these systems talk to each other and that dealers actually use them to drive sales.

Field Force Multiplier: You are the strategic partner to our RSMs. You will build the "Training\-in\-a\-Box" kits that allow RSMs to be effective coaches during their site visits, ensuring a unified message across the continent.

What You Bring (The Ideal Profile)

Executive Presence \& Strategic Influence: 7\+ years in Franchise Success, Dealer Development, or Sales Enablement. You are comfortable telling a business owner, "Here is why you maintain your margins, and here is how you stop discounting and start selling on value to build a sustainable business."

Curriculum Architecture: You can build a learning path from scratch (not just edit slides). Experience with LiveStorage or CAD\-based design tools is a massive plus.

Tech\-Savviness: You are comfortable administering an LMS, using AI to speed up content creation, and reading CRM dashboards to spot trends.

Facilitation Skills: You can command a room of 50 entrepreneurs and keep them engaged for a 2\-day bootcamp.

Diplomatic Accountability: You can hold independent business owners accountable to their own goals with diplomacy and firmness.

Compensation \& Benefits

Base Salary Range: $115,000 \- $135,000

Performance Bonus: 20% tied to company performance and dealer activation targets.

Total On\-Target Earnings: $144,000.
