We’re actively seeking a talented Director, Sales Enablement \& Implementation (SE\&I) to join our Institutional Retirement Solutions Group (IRSG) in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha NE.

This role is on\-site four days per week. You’ll work at our state\-of\-the\-art Newport Beach headquarters or modern Omaha office. As Director, Sales Enablement \& Implementation you’ll fill an existing role that consists of leading 8 direct reports within the IRSG division focused on the execution of post‑placement onboarding, installation, and implementation workflows supporting Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) sales. The role provides leadership to a multi‑disciplinary team, drives cross‑functional alignment across IRSG and Institutional Division partners, and ensures Pacific Life delivers a consistent, high‑quality onboarding and servicing experience.

How you’ll help move us forward

Provides leadership support for the PRT and DCLI line as needed, including assisting with RFP, RFI, Due Diligence Presentations, providing relationship management direction with internal and external partners.

Champions a positive and approachable team environment welcoming ideation and creativity.

Develops the team’s strategic plan(s) to solve business challenges, transform processes to maximize growth and improve business performance.

Establish performance expectations, review employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and make job change, salary and incentive award recommendations.

Synthesizes information, prepares reports and briefings, and disseminates to key stakeholders.

Leads strategic projects, provides decisions on determining methodologies, clarifying outcomes, analyzing business processes and issues, and defining possible solutions and recommendations.

The experience you bring

10\-15 years financial services experience

Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution experience

Demonstrated track record of initiative execution

Ability to work independently with limited guidance

Strong partnership and collaboration skills

Composure in fast\-paced organization

4 year degree or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$184,680\.00 \- $225,720\.00
