Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst 3

As a Deal Desk Analyst 3, you will structure profitable, compliant transactions that support the client’s North America sales organization and drive timely deal closures. You will partner with sales, legal, finance, revenue assurance, order management, and other stakeholders to balance customer needs with company policy. Work model: Hybrid, three days per week onsite in Lehi, UT.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

• Manage the day\-to\-day deal approval process and act as first\-line approver for deal structuring.
• Meet with sales teams to identify customer business issues and document business cases that articulate deal value.
• Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
• Communicate deal status in\-quarter and provide updates to management.
• Interact with cross\-functional stakeholders (Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, Credit) to accelerate closures and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance to specified metrics and service levels and recommend process improvements.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in FP\&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles.
• Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi\-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support).
• Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting (SOP 97\-2\) and related standards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem\-solving, and written skills.

Pay Range

$36\.34 \- $45\.42/hour
