The Analyst, OTC, A/R and Revenue Operations will support changes related to OTC process improvements and analyze break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. This role will prepare business test cases and perform user acceptance testing as well as support data migration from current to new Billing system. The Analyst will perform root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact the AR and AP Operations. The Analyst will partner with Fintech, GL, RevOps , FinOps and Compliance to ensure that coordinated approaches are provided. This role requires a good understanding of order to cash lifecycle, financial management etc. This position plays a critical role in ensuring transactional excellence, effective cash management and mitigating credit risks. In this role you will get to:* Lead moderate\-sized, cross\-functional initiatives by applying strong business judgment, systems expertise, and project management skills.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Priceline’s Order\-to\-Cash processes, including invoicing/billing, cash application, billed and unbilled A/R reconciliation, AP reconciliation with external invoices, intercompany transactions, collections, and dispute management.
  • Perform data\-driven root cause analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process inefficiencies impacting A/R, revenue operations, and cash application.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting to monitor OTC performance (e.g., DSO, aging, unapplied cash, billing accuracy).
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve cash flow, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Fintech, GL , RevOps , , FinOps and Compliance organizations to develop end to en strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
  • Balance business needs with IT standards to support informed decision\-making on system changes and enhancements.
  • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training support, and partner alignment for process improvements and system updates.
  • Develop and maintain OTC business process documentation and workflow diagrams within supported platforms.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, scope definition, system change reviews, and project status meetings.
  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, defect tracking, and sign\-off.
  • Support and coordinate data migration efforts in partnership with Fintech and IT teams, including validation and reconciliation activities.

Who you are:* 3\-5 years of relevant professional experience, with exposure to a high transaction volume environment

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong data analysis and analytics experience, including:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and drive decisions
  • Proven experience with testing methodologies (UAT, system testing, regression testing).
  • Experience with Oracle R12, and billing software (High Radius, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Sound understanding of the order to cash lifecycle on a transactional basis.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of SOX, GAAP, and internal controls within a public company environment.
  • Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and effective at managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communicator, able to clearly convey information from end users to senior leadership.
  • Results\-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from problem identification through execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. The salary range for this position is $80,000 \- $95,000 USD. \#LI\-Hybrid
