About This Role

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for an Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team!

As the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations you will own the architecture, instrumentation, and optimization of the entire revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel. This role builds the operating system that drives forecast accuracy, pipeline health, seller productivity, and revenue growth by integrating technology, data, process, and analytics into a unified system.

You will lead the design of our revenue intelligence infrastructure, operational workflows, forecasting systems, and productivity optimization programs to scale efficiently across SMB, Mid\-Market, and Enterprise motions.

As an Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, you will

  • Own and optimize CRM architecture (Salesforce), including pipeline structure, stage governance, forecasting, and process enforcement.
  • Lead sales automation strategy across sequencing, routing, enrichment, AI workflows, and system interoperability.
  • Establish and manage a centralized GTM data model integrating CRM, Gong, marketing automation, product usage, billing, and enrichment platforms.
  • Define and maintain core GTM metrics (conversion, velocity, coverage, productivity) and deliver executive dashboards for Sales Leadership, CFO, and Board.
  • Own company\-wide forecasting methodology, pipeline visibility, and reporting cadence across direct and partner channels.
  • Build opportunity health scoring, pipeline risk identification, deal inspection frameworks, and execution standards to improve win rates and predictability.
  • Design territory models, account segmentation, coverage strategy, quota design, and capacity planning to optimize seller productivity.
  • Drive sales efficiency improvements including pipeline coverage ratios, workload allocation, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Support pricing, packaging, value engineering, ROI modeling, and expansion strategy through advanced analytics and insights.
  • Build customer segmentation and health models to identify expansion opportunities, churn risk, and revenue growth levers.
  • Build and lead a high\-performance RevOps function spanning Sales Ops, Analytics, GTM Systems, and partner/channel operations.
  • Partner cross\-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership while owning GTM vendor strategy and operating rhythms.
  • Other duties as assigned

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has

  • 8\+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics in B2B SaaS
  • 3\+ years leading RevOps, Sales Ops, or Analytics teams
  • Deep Salesforce expertise including forecasting, reporting, automation, and pipeline management
  • Experience implementing and managing tools such as Gong, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics platforms
  • Proven experience improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales productivity
  • Strong executive communication and leadership skills
  • Experience supporting multi\-product SaaS portfolios
  • Experience building AI\-driven revenue workflows and automation
  • Experience supporting SMB and Mid\-Market SaaS sales motions
  • Experience with private equity\-backed SaaS companies
