Role Overview
As the Operator, you’re the engine. You’ll own the day\-to\-day operations that keep the business running smoothly \- from systems and automations, to client lifecycle workflows, to making sure payments are processed cleanly and no details are slipping through the cracks.
This is meant for someone who wants to make an impact by making sure everything works. You’ll create structure, solve problems before they become problems, and free up the founder’s time by owning the backend of the business.

Core Responsibilities
- Note: Full scope, ownership areas, and performance standards are outlined in the Operator Role Sheet provided during the interview process.*
You’ll have full ownership of
- Operational systems \+ automations: Build, manage, and optimize backend tools that keep the business flowing. Zapier, AirTable, Stripe, GHL.
- Client lifecycle management: Ensure client onboarding, offboarding, and transitions happen without friction or missed steps \- across 1:1 coaching, corporate wellness, and mentorship offers.
- Revenue \+ payment integrity: Oversee payment processing, troubleshoot billing issues, and ensure subscriptions, invoices, and payouts run clean.
- Project \+ team coordination: Keep timelines moving, people accountable, and priorities clear across multiple internal projects \- including overseeing VAs or freelancers as needed.
- SOPs \+ documentation: Build out and maintain standard operating procedures that allow the business to scale \- and stay stable.
- Founder insulation: Protect the founder’s time by taking full ownership of daily ops \- and stepping in with solutions before problems ever make it to her plate.
Qualifications
- A technical, engineering, or business degree, or degree in a related field OR 1\-3 years of professional experience in handling various tools, projects, and accounts.
- Mastery understanding of GoHighLevel
- Preference of familiarity with AirTable, Kajabi, Asana, Zapier, APIs, Stripe, Zoom, Slack. .
- Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic \& high level of integrity.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and various business software.
- Based in the U.S., preferably in the Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone.
