As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we’re seeking a strategic, hands\-on Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing to amplify our sales capabilities and strengthen our brand presence nationwide.
Position Overview
The Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing is a strategic, hands\-on role responsible for equipping our sales team with tools, marketing initiatives, and optimized systems. You will drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement change management strategies nationwide. This role works closely with sales, operations, and service teams to align processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue\-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
System \& Process Management
- Oversee and optimize sales platforms (LiftKeeper, IronClad, HubSpot, PowerBI)
- Ensure seamless adoption with sustainable, scalable processes
- Provide first\-line support for CRM, portals, and documentation requests
Sales Growth \& Marketing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and system\-enabled sales initiatives
- Create sales tools, literature, and a compelling value proposition for the sales team
- Manage website and social media content to strengthen brand presence
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Lead internal kick\-off calls for new initiatives
Team Leadership \& Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate cross\-functional teams across sales, operations, and service
- Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction, resolving issues proactively
- Implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
Reporting \& Analysis
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, sales forecasts, and market opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Extensive elevator industry experience is required, including knowledge of elevator products, services, and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5\+ years in sales enablement, marketing, or process improvement
- Proven success launching marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Data\-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Experience leading cross\-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives
- Willingness to travel nationally

Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position, with a preference for candidates near the company headquarters or a major regional branch to support occasional in\-person collaboration. Minimal travel may be required for industry events or key internal meetings. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to drive company objectives.
