About This Role

Sales Operations Coordinator – SSM

Location: Remote (USA) Job Type: Full\-time (40 hours per week)

SSM is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Marketing Program Diagnostics team, the VP of Sales, and the Company President with program data, reporting, and customer\-facing support. This role is ideal for someone who loves Excel, is highly organized, comfortable using AI tools, and enjoys working across teams and with clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, organize, and marketing program and sales data from multiple systems.
  • Build and maintain Excel reports using pivot tables, lookups, and formulas for leadership and operational needs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing marketing campaign performance, program activity, and key marketing KPIs.
  • Partner with Program Diagnostics team on data pulls, report drafting, and client meeting materials.
  • Join client check‑in and kickoff calls, capture notes and action items, and support screen‑sharing and report walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate new customer onboarding steps, maintain onboarding checklists, and collect initial client data for tracking sheets/CRMs.
  • Support payroll, finance, and sales with contact lists, hours/volume reports, and other Excel\-based tracking.
  • Help document processes and contribute to process improvement reccomendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, data/reporting, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, multi‑sheet formulas, and basic charts.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools for drafting, research, and data cleanup.
  • Comfortable on client calls with professional, service\-oriented communication.
  • Strong written communication and high attention to detail; able to manage multiple requests in a fast\-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales operations, diagnostics, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting from CRM or BI tools.
