Description
About SunRaise Capital
SunRaise Capital is a residential solar fintech platform that enables installers and investors to own and deploy solar lease and battery portfolios through a turnkey "Lease\-in\-a\-Box" model. Our platform aligns installers, capital providers, and homeowners by delivering institutional\-grade structure with installer\-level flexibility.
As onboarding volume accelerates, we are seeking a senior operator to own partner onboarding end to end and protect founder time so leadership can focus on enterprise value creation.

This role is accountable for compressing time to revenue, driving partner activation, and ensuring every installer launches confidently and efficiently on the SunRaise platform.
This leader must operate comfortably with CEOs and executive teams, move with urgency, run strong live demos, and have difficult conversations while preserving high\-value relationships. This role reports directly to the CEO and partners closely with the Project Managers and cross\-functional leaders across capital markets, operations, and product.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process from contract execution through the first funded project.
- Drive acceleration of time\-to\-M1, time\-to\-M2, and time\-to\-install milestones.
- Ensure partners are operational across pricing, proposal flow, QA requirements, milestone submissions, and billing.
- Lead executive onboarding calls with founder\-led installers.
- Run high\-quality platform demos with confidence and clarity.
- Set expectations clearly and enforce operational standards.
- Design, document, and continuously improve onboarding SOPs and activation playbooks.
- Reduce founder involvement in onboarding by building scalable systems.
- Collaborate with the Development Team to ensure operational readiness.
- Align with capital markets leadership on volume expectations and activation pacing.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering on friction points.
- Track onboarding KPIs and activation metrics and hold partners accountable to timelines.
What Success Looks Like
- Founder involvement in onboarding reduced by at least 70%.
- Reduced time from agreement to first funded job.
- Higher partner activation rates within the first 90 days.
- Clear dashboards and KPI ownership around onboarding velocity.
- Consistent partner feedback describing onboarding as structured and high quality.
Qualifications
- Solar experience, with strong preference for residential and TPO experience.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or platform environments preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to CEOs and executive teams.
- High sense of urgency and operational discipline.
- Ability to have firm conversations while preserving relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- System builder with strong organizational follow\-through.
- Data\-driven with experience managing KPIs and performance metrics.
Compensation
Base salary commensurate with senior leadership experience, with performance bonus tied to activation speed and funded volume.
