We’re a fast\-growing insurance comparison business helping customers easily compare and purchase coverage across categories like pet, travel, renters, auto, life, and more. Soon we will also expand outside of insurance to other financial products and beyond.
We operate as a high\-performance digital marketplace — combining data, performance marketing, CRO, and affiliate partnerships to generate qualified leads and drive policy purchases at scale.
We’re building a world\-class operations engine behind the business, and we’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to help run the company day\-to\-day, improve systems, and create operational clarity as we scale.
The Role
This role sits at the center of the business and works directly with leadership to ensure projects ship on time, metrics are tracked, vendors perform, and internal systems run smoothly.
You’ll be part project manager, part operator, part process architect.

Key Responsibilities
- Own day\-to\-day operations across multiple teams (marketing, content, product, partnerships, analytics)
- Improve SOPs, workflows, documentation, and accountability systems
- Track KPIs across the business (conversion rate, revenue per click, CPA, partner performance, etc.)
- Manage project execution: timelines, priorities, sprints, and deliverables
- Build dashboards \+ reporting cadence (weekly ops reports, monthly planning, quarterly reviews)
- Coordinate contractors/agencies (designers, developers, writers, editors, VAs, analytics support)
- Identify bottlenecks, reduce operational drag, increase output consistency
- Manage tools and systems (Trello, Slack, Discord, GA4, Wordpress, Everflow, Impact, Google Ads, Meta Ads.)
- Lead hiring \+ onboarding systems for new team members
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Projects are consistently delivered on time with clear owners
- SOP library is built and actively used
- Weekly reporting cadence is running smoothly
- Leadership has visibility into performance \+ bottlenecks
- Contractors and teams are aligned, accountable, and productive
Requirements
- 3–7\+ years in operations, project management, or business operations
- Experience in a digital business (affiliate, marketplace, SaaS, media, DTC, lead\-gen)
- Strong project management \+ communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail\-oriented
- Confident working with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
- Ability to move fast while maintaining quality and order
- Comfortable leading without needing direct authority
Bonus Points
- Experience in insurance, fintech, comparison sites, or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with paid search / SEO / CRO workflows
- Experience building SOPs and scaling small teams
- Startup experience (especially 7\-figure → 8\-figure growth stage)

Pay: From $80,000\.00 per year
